Process
- The Product Creation module is accessed by going to WMS – 3rd Party Logistics, finding the job you are working on, clicking the “…” next to the sort button for that job, and selecting “Product Creation”
- Select the text field at the top of the page and scan in a UPC
- Each field on the left must be verified or filled in
- After updating the information in the fields hit the “Update” button before proceeding to photo to ensure the information is saved properly. If no Photo changes are necessary, skip the next step
- Upload the photo if needed
- The minimum dimensions for photos are 1000 (width)*1200(height)
- On the bottom right links for the item will be listed
- If any of these links match the photo save the photo to the iCloud folder
- If none of the links match the item try to find a picture elsewhere, take no longer than two minutes to search for it
- If an image was found, click the upload photo button on the left and select the image you downloaded. After uploaded the product will be updated and you are ready to scan your next item.
- If no image was able to be found, send the item to Photo
